Seven of Foils' stylists have been with the salon for over two years. DeConda observes, "Clients become loyal to their stylists. They build a certain trust, and that's very important. The fact that we have had many of the same stylists for years has certainly been instrumental in the growth of the business. With loyalty you get referrals. Repeat business and referrals are the lifeblood of any salon. That, and great products." "We used to sell a variety of products and brands, but Alterna was always our top seller," DeConda continues. "Clearly Alterna has the best quality products on the market today. Two years ago, I made the decision to sell Alterna products exclusively. Our clients are happy, and product sales increased tremendously." |
